While cost control is not a formal requirement under a fixed-price contract, the contractor exhibited strong fiscal stewardship by managing supplemental task orders for communication products and services, materials, equipment, supply purchases, travel, and training.
PCI Productions is very responsive to any communication requests by the government. They are very much oriented in providing timely support and response.
Notably, [PCI-P] implemented innovative cost-saving initiatives such as repurposing unused equipment across Centers and adopting more efficient supply management practices. These measures are projected to reduce future event support efforts and result in long-term labor cost savings.
